近年來，國家發(fā)改委、國家能源局等光伏行業(yè)主管部門相繼出臺了多部法規(guī)和政策性文件，在短期及中長期內(nèi)對我國光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展均產(chǎn)生了較大影響。2020年3月國家發(fā)改委頒發(fā)《關(guān)于2020年光伏發(fā)電上網(wǎng)電價政策有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的通知》，對集中式光伏發(fā)電繼續(xù)制定指導(dǎo)價，將納入國家財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼范圍的I～Ⅲ類資源區(qū)新增集中式光伏電站指導(dǎo)價，分別確定為每千瓦時0.35元、0.40元、0.49元。新增集中式光伏電站上網(wǎng)電價原則上通過市場競爭方式確定，不得超過所在資源區(qū)指導(dǎo)價。降低工商業(yè)分布式光伏發(fā)電補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，降低戶用分布式光伏發(fā)電補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
