“‘十三五’時期，國網(wǎng)北京電力累計建成各類充電站1664座、充電樁20764個，已經(jīng)建成北京市規(guī)模最大的‘城際全貫通、城鄉(xiāng)全覆蓋、服務全天候’的智能充電網(wǎng)絡?！绷暯剑簶?gòu)建以新能源為主體的新型電力系統(tǒng)，2060年前實現(xiàn)碳中和
       中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席、中央財經(jīng)委員會主任習近平3月15日下午主持召開中央財經(jīng)委員會第九次會議，研究促進平臺經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展問題和實現(xiàn)碳達峰、碳中和的基本思路和主要舉措。會議強調(diào)，我國力爭2030年前實現(xiàn)碳達峰，2060年前實現(xiàn)碳中和?！靶滦碗娏ο到y(tǒng)”這個中央首提的新名詞，十分惹眼。關(guān)于這個概念，確切精準的定義暫時還沒有。但形態(tài)特征上，無外乎清潔低碳、安全可控、靈活高效、開放互動、智能友好等。
     新型電力系統(tǒng)的2個“重點”
要構(gòu)建清潔能源地毯安全高效的能源體系，控制石化能源總量，著力提高利用效能，實時可再生能源替代行動，深化電力體制改革，構(gòu)建以新能源為主體的新型電力系統(tǒng)。電網(wǎng)頭條替大家劃了兩個重點：

目前在我國能源結(jié)構(gòu)中，火力發(fā)電仍是主力軍，2020年的電源結(jié)構(gòu)中新能源（光伏發(fā)電、風力發(fā)電）占比還不足30%，那么這個“新能源為主體”的新型電力系統(tǒng)，對清潔能源需求將在未來幾年翻倍。
習近平總書記在世界氣候雄心峰會上承諾，到2030年，我國風電、太陽能發(fā)電總裝機容量達到12億千瓦以上。截至2020年年底，我國風電和太陽能發(fā)電裝機容量總計5.3億千瓦。未來10年，電力系統(tǒng)將把二倍于現(xiàn)在的新能源擁入懷中。2021年3月19日，國家電網(wǎng)有限公司在京召開發(fā)布會，發(fā)布服務碳達峰碳中和構(gòu)建新型電力系統(tǒng)加快抽水蓄能開發(fā)建設(shè)重要舉措。國家電網(wǎng)表示將當好“引領(lǐng)者”，充分發(fā)揮電網(wǎng)“橋梁”“紐帶”作用，促進能源生產(chǎn)清潔化、能源消費電氣化、能源利用高效化，推動能源電力行業(yè)盡早以較低峰值達峰；當好“推動者”，加強技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、機制創(chuàng)新、模式創(chuàng)新，引導綠色低碳生產(chǎn)生活方式，推動全社會盡快實現(xiàn)碳中和；當好“先行者”，系統(tǒng)梳理輸配電各環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)辦公全領(lǐng)域減排清單，深入挖掘減排潛力，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)碳排放率先達峰。特高壓、大云物移智鏈等“奇點技術(shù)”為電網(wǎng)“賦能”。特高壓為清潔能源實現(xiàn)“千里送電”。國家電網(wǎng)構(gòu)建堅強智能電網(wǎng)，加大跨區(qū)輸送清潔能源力度。其中，特高壓作為中國電力技術(shù)“第一名選手”，10多年來迅猛發(fā)展，也成為新能源消納的扛把子。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，國家電網(wǎng)經(jīng)營區(qū)的新能源利用率從2015年的84.6%上升到2020年的97.1%。
      協(xié)同運作，構(gòu)建友好型電源系統(tǒng)。近年來，國家電網(wǎng)在打造智能電網(wǎng)，推進源網(wǎng)荷儲協(xié)同互動上努力，加快電網(wǎng)向能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)升級，優(yōu)化電網(wǎng)調(diào)度和交易機制等。
隨著新能源、直流電網(wǎng)、電動汽車等加速發(fā)展，電力系統(tǒng)對“插件”功能要求也越來越高，以充電為例，在“新基建”熱潮下充電樁的建設(shè)、接入電網(wǎng)迎來了一波高潮?，F(xiàn)在，全球最大的車聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺——國網(wǎng)智慧車聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺已經(jīng)接入119萬個充電樁，如此龐大的體量，需要電網(wǎng)不斷革新進步，以更“穩(wěn)定”、“安全”、“便捷”的方式提供服務。除了上述這些，新型電力系統(tǒng)在電氫雙向高效轉(zhuǎn)換、可控核聚變等跨越性等技術(shù)上也在尋求突破，加速落地。寫在最后，雖然新型電力系統(tǒng)，精確的定義還沒有出爐。但毫無疑問的是，隨著高比例新能源、高比例電力電子設(shè)備接入電網(wǎng)，新型電力系統(tǒng)必將發(fā)生“徹底”改變。為實現(xiàn)“3060·碳達峰碳中和”的目標，不夸張的講在座各位，我們都歷史的參與者和見證者！未來更好，拭目以待！

China aims to reach a carbon peak by 2030 and become carbon neutral by 2060, the meeting stressed.The new term "New Power System", first put forward by the central government, is very eye-catching. The exact definition of this concept is not yet available.But in terms of morphological characteristics, it is clean and low-carbon, safe and controllable, flexible and efficient, open and interactive, intelligent and friendly, etc.

Two "key points" of a new power system

We will build a safe and efficient energy system for clean energy carpet, control the total amount of petrochemical energy, focus on improving utilization efficiency, take action to replace renewable energy in real time, deepen the reform of the electric power system, and build a new electric power system with new energy as the main body. At present, in China's energy structure, thermal power generation is still the main force. At the World Climate Ambition Summit, President Xi Jinping pledged that China's total installed wind and solar power capacity would reach more than 1.2 billion kilowatts by 2030. China's installed wind and solar power capacity totaled 530 million kilowatts by the end of 2020.In the next 10 years, the electricity system will suck in twice as much new energy as it does now.
