天合又有大動作:布局光伏清潔機器人領(lǐng)域

        幾則并不起眼的招聘消息,最近在天合的官方招聘中出現(xiàn)。從中可窺見的是,這家以新能源為主業(yè)的企業(yè),正在試探性地進(jìn)入環(huán)保清潔機器人等領(lǐng)域。能源一號注意到,天合正在熱招的是與洗地機器人有關(guān)的研究設(shè)計人員職位,其職位的具體表現(xiàn)是底盤機械結(jié)構(gòu)高級工程師(下稱“底盤工程師”),導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)高級工程師(下稱“導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)工程師”)等?!暗妆P工程師”的招聘消息顯示,公司希望有關(guān)人員可以熟悉無人駕駛洗地機和其他機器人的機械機構(gòu)設(shè)計,參與機器人產(chǎn)品的需求分析,負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)外包團隊進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品工業(yè)設(shè)計工作的跟蹤與推進(jìn),負(fù)責(zé)機械機構(gòu)問題的定位與解決,包括質(zhì)量回溯和改進(jìn)。機械組件組裝生產(chǎn)方案設(shè)計及工廠流水線問題處理等也屬于該類人員的職責(zé)范疇內(nèi)。而在“導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)工程師”方面,該公司希望工作人員可基于PC端,對機器人定位導(dǎo)航運動控制系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化、移植和擴展。同時,該類技術(shù)人員可以進(jìn)行室內(nèi)外激光視覺SLAM定位導(dǎo)航算法的模塊化導(dǎo)入;對機器人導(dǎo)航運動路徑進(jìn)行規(guī)劃(包括局部和全局的路徑規(guī)劃);對接機器人嵌入式運動控制系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與調(diào)試。這兩個職位看似并不起眼,且會有讀者覺得,這可能只是天合內(nèi)部使用洗地機器人的所需。不過,如果真的只是其內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)所需,其實可以直接從外部進(jìn)行采購洗地機產(chǎn)品,而不是必尋求完全懂行的技術(shù)、設(shè)計人員,并對這類機器人的產(chǎn)品需求展開分析。因此,天合確實是有意在布局環(huán)保清潔機器人領(lǐng)域。

     盡管天合的大部分業(yè)務(wù)收入來自于光伏,但近幾年該公司也在嘗試各種新業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。如智能微網(wǎng)、能源管理、鋰電儲能產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)等開發(fā)等都是該公司探索與實踐的方向。目前,天合光能已完成了能源物聯(lián)網(wǎng)云平臺和能源管理平臺MOTA的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,在國內(nèi)較早實現(xiàn)能源物聯(lián)平臺與工業(yè)物聯(lián)平臺的融合,并應(yīng)用于麥德龍等多個全國賣場。而TrinaMOTA智能微網(wǎng)綜合管理控制信息服務(wù)平臺,則是基于分布式、組件化等高可擴展性架構(gòu)設(shè)計的綜合能源管理平臺。整體來說,企業(yè)希望在國內(nèi)率先實現(xiàn)發(fā)、儲、配、用及充等泛能源的應(yīng)用全覆蓋,從而消除信息及應(yīng)用孤島并打通能源應(yīng)用平臺。

        此次天合所看重的機器人導(dǎo)航、無人駕駛清潔環(huán)保設(shè)備等的研發(fā),與以往定位的“能源物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”新業(yè)務(wù)有所不同:其視角相對更開闊,注重廣泛的應(yīng)用場景并對接了前瞻性技術(shù),且屬于機器人行業(yè)。它與新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)既有相通之處,更可被解讀為天合光能在選擇嘗試嶄新的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品線,從而為企業(yè)進(jìn)入環(huán)保類的機器人市場拓寬道路。據(jù)介紹,無人駕駛的洗地機更偏向于室內(nèi)地面的保潔,有的產(chǎn)品配備了超大容量的鋰電池,具備數(shù)小時的超長續(xù)航能力,并且需要配之導(dǎo)航技術(shù)和定位、地圖等技術(shù)。它可以自己來規(guī)劃清掃的路徑,而且可以實現(xiàn)避障及繞行清掃等功能。它所應(yīng)用的領(lǐng)域包括了高鐵、機場、各種場館、工業(yè)工廠內(nèi)、商場超市、辦公大樓等建筑。目前,天合官方并未對無人駕駛清潔設(shè)備的研究與開發(fā)等進(jìn)行公告,上述內(nèi)容還有待公司確認(rèn)。
