天合光能組件推演平價時代“分水嶺”

     光伏行業(yè)經(jīng)歷過去兩年的搶裝期,開始回歸理性。擁有核心技術優(yōu)勢、項目落地實施能力強的公司開始釋放勢能,創(chuàng)造出顛覆性并引領未來市場的產品。 1997年創(chuàng)立的天合光能,目前已經(jīng)是全球領先的光伏智慧能源整體解決方案提供商。這也是創(chuàng)始人高紀凡自信的來源。當年放棄去美國伯克利大學攻讀博士學位的機會,在廣東的一間陋室里,高紀凡開發(fā)出8個填補國內空白、替代進口的化工新產品。隨后市場嗅覺敏銳的他,關注到太陽能技術,并創(chuàng)立天合光能。 2018年他曾獲評“改革開放40年?最受尊敬的蘇商功勛人物”。2019年3月,高紀凡第7次出席“博鰲亞洲論壇2019年年會”,為企業(yè)全球化、創(chuàng)新驅動及高質量發(fā)展等主題貢獻天合智慧。  

創(chuàng)新產品的 “底牌”實驗室 

在高紀凡看來,以創(chuàng)新為首的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,可保證天合光能在行業(yè)內一直處于領先地位。未來仍舊如此,因為他們有一個極度專業(yè)的“光伏科學與技術國家重點實驗室”為何稱之為極度專業(yè)?它凝聚著來自全世界頂尖的專家和人才。至今,該實驗室在光伏電池和組件的轉換效率、輸出功率等方面連續(xù)創(chuàng)造和刷新18次世界紀錄。 這個在2013年順利通過科技部驗收的實驗室,是在發(fā)展初期的光伏行業(yè)第一輪大洗牌后,高紀凡做出的重要決策,現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為世界級的技術創(chuàng)新平臺。“當時很多企業(yè)把幾十個億甚至上百億全去投產能,但是我們更重要的是搞科技創(chuàng)新?!备呒o凡說道。截至2018年底,天合光能“光伏科學與技術國家重點實驗室”在中國境內的發(fā)明專利授權量達284件,發(fā)明專利擁有量行業(yè)領先,同時主導和參與92項標準制定,其中已發(fā)布標準達67項。  

      自十八大以來,黨中央、國務院高度重視生態(tài)文明建設和環(huán)境保護,將生態(tài)文明建設納入“五位一體”總體布局,并提出“創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調、綠色、開放、共享”五大發(fā)展理念,十九大也在談能源轉型、煤炭消費的減少、清潔能源發(fā)展,未來清潔能源綠色低碳轉型將成為發(fā)展的重點方向,創(chuàng)新是光伏行業(yè)的未來發(fā)展之路。 高紀凡曾表示,中國企業(yè)在能源領域的創(chuàng)新投入正在惠及全世界,正在推動全球的能源變革。天合光能經(jīng)過二十幾年韜光養(yǎng)晦,目前在技術研發(fā)水平已成厚積簿發(fā)之勢。 

技術沉淀帶來更高產品價值 

      當前市場,P型光伏組件大行其道。究其原因,P型電池的技術相對成熟,成本較低,投入產出收益高,承載著光伏系統(tǒng)應用的重要環(huán)節(jié),必不可少。天合光能常務副總裁印榮方認為,光伏行業(yè)目前有三個演化,第一,市場在演化,第二,商業(yè)模式在演化,第三,產品在演化。每家企業(yè)都有各自專注的市場和發(fā)力點,而天合光能3月份的全新四大組件系列,把P型組件產品進行系列化的細分,拋開單一技術模式的爭論,從應用場景和經(jīng)濟性兩個維度看,力圖進一步降低系統(tǒng)度電成本,給客戶帶來更高的產品價值。  

“自2015年,我們開始在全球范圍做組件產品市場應用情況的跟蹤調研,這為針對不同光伏應用場景的系列化分類提供重要依據(jù)。”印榮方表示。多年沉淀,使得天合光能能夠運用成熟工藝將多種主流技術疊加到一起,實現(xiàn)組件功率的大規(guī)模量產突破,鞏固其在P型組件量產技術及產品性能方面的領導地位。 今年春分之時,天鯨、天鰲、天鰲雙核及天雀四大系列組件正式發(fā)布,天合光能大規(guī)模量產組件的最高功率已達415W。

     其中,新品天鰲雙核系列雙面雙玻組件專門針對雪地、沙地等高反射環(huán)境,能最大程度發(fā)揮雙面發(fā)電性能,組件背面可提升5%至30%的發(fā)電量。長達30年質保期內,結合其低衰減的優(yōu)勢,可額外提升21%的發(fā)電量。作為全球首批推動雙玻組件產業(yè)化的企業(yè)之一,天合光能在雙玻技術應用領域積累了多年經(jīng)驗。公司現(xiàn)持有28項技術專利,是業(yè)內第一家獲得TüV雙玻認證的光伏企業(yè),并率先實現(xiàn)批量化生產。“此次新品發(fā)布,對于天合光能的雙玻組件也可稱為二次起步。隨著雙面技術的突破和應用場景的多樣化,結合天合光能在雙玻技術上的獨特優(yōu)勢,我們相信雙玻組件能夠得到更廣泛的運用,天合光能也希望通過和行業(yè)人的共同努力,把這一性能和經(jīng)濟性上都非常優(yōu)秀的產品,提升到新的應用階段。”印榮方表示。 此前,受限于成本,傳統(tǒng)無邊框雙玻組件在高風壓地區(qū)很難兼顧安裝的可靠性。如果給雙玻組件增加邊框,又會增加成本,影響收益,基于此,天合光能全新推出的組件部分邊框設計可同時兼顧經(jīng)濟性與可靠性。據(jù)悉,某央企在山東申請150MW平價上網(wǎng)項目,業(yè)主單位原計劃使用固定支架加大尺寸多晶組件,收益率不能達到9%。經(jīng)過天合光能團隊對7個經(jīng)濟性技術方案的對比,最終采納的大尺寸雙面雙玻組件加多排聯(lián)動跟蹤支架方案,可以降低度電成本0.27元/kWh,發(fā)電量增益達到 19.8%,內部收益率達到9.4%。  

強者更強的晉級之路 

光伏組件的產能目前仍集中在傳統(tǒng)的“豪強”手中。根據(jù)《光伏變遷見證者》的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),大陸組件產能累計達到177.87GW。晶科、天合光能、晶澳、韓華等老牌光伏企業(yè)產能排名均靠前。業(yè)內專家判斷,光伏行業(yè)今年將迎來“分水嶺”。強者更強,弱者更弱,甚至退出。 在光伏行業(yè)的其他幾個主流賽道里面,都誕生過獨角獸,資源向“寡頭”公司逐步傾斜。企業(yè)發(fā)揮先行先發(fā)優(yōu)勢、研發(fā)顛覆性產品才會得到市場關注。“從硅料到硅片,特別是單晶,本身就有集聚效應,從組件端來看,也能看到集聚趨勢,尤其隨著海外市場的興起,組件品牌優(yōu)勢會越來越明顯,因為老牌企業(yè)有全球網(wǎng)絡,有更強的抗風險能力,也有足夠的交付能力。光伏行業(yè)需要對未來不斷做預測,而對于未來經(jīng)營風險的把握,包括未來的產品路線規(guī)劃,這些企業(yè)也會有更好的預判?!庇s方表示。 天合光能四大系列組件的發(fā)布,以最高415W的量產輸出功率一枝獨秀,引領行業(yè),標志著國內光伏企業(yè)正式邁入以400W量產輸出功率為起點的光伏4.0時代。而隨著光伏超低價格時代的推進,從國內外龍頭企業(yè)高效產品的研究和發(fā)布來看,400W+光伏組件規(guī)?;瘧谜龔妱莸絹怼?/span>
