3月11日，根據(jù)上交所科創(chuàng)板公告，上市委2020年第4次審議會議已通過現(xiàn)場+視頻方式召開，天合光能股份有限公司(簡稱“天合光能”)獲得通過。值得一提的是，疫情影響之下，天合光能正是科創(chuàng)板首家“云上會”的企業(yè)。
　　天合光能近期更新的招股說明書顯示，2016、2017、2018年天合組件銷售量分別為6149MW、8458MW、6599MW，2019年前三季度組件銷量5996MW。單晶組件比例逐步上升，截止到2019年上半年，其銷售收入占當期組件收入的45.31%，產(chǎn)能占比約60%，到2020年底預(yù)計超過75%。2019年天合光能實現(xiàn)營收2337561.98萬元，較2018年下降6.7%，歸屬母公司股東凈利為4059.52萬元，較2018年增長14.82%。預(yù)計2020年一季度營收533654萬元—620192萬元，同比增長27.74%～48.46%，凈利預(yù)計6680萬元～8164萬元，同比增長22.45%～49.66%。
　　就去年2019年來說，天合光能實現(xiàn)了業(yè)績快速增長，這一態(tài)勢有望在2020年繼續(xù)保持。2019年，公司實現(xiàn)營收233.76億元，實現(xiàn)凈利潤7.02億元，同比增長22.61%。業(yè)績增長主要是由于2019年公司組件業(yè)務(wù)和光伏電站EPC業(yè)務(wù)開展情況較好，毛利同比增長所致，海外電站業(yè)務(wù)和天合優(yōu)配等新業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)力也為業(yè)績表現(xiàn)增色不少。
　　此外，天合光能還在高效技術(shù)方面保持了數(shù)項的世界記錄。天合光能自主研發(fā)的可商業(yè)化光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率25.04%的IBC太陽電池，是迄今為止經(jīng)第三方權(quán)威認證的中國本土首次效率超過25%的單結(jié)晶體硅電池，也是目前世界上大面積6英寸晶體硅襯底上制備的晶體硅電池的最高轉(zhuǎn)換效率。在過去十年行業(yè)政策多變和貿(mào)易摩擦頻發(fā)的各類挑戰(zhàn)中，天合光能堅持創(chuàng)新，專注技術(shù)武裝，創(chuàng)造并刷新了20次世界紀錄。
　　招股說明書顯示，本次沖刺科創(chuàng)板上市，天合光能擬募集30億元，計劃用于“銅川光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)領(lǐng)跑基地宜君縣天興250MWp光伏發(fā)電項目”和“年產(chǎn)3GW高效單晶切半組件項目”等。本次發(fā)行前，天合光能總股本為1757826375股，本次擬向社會公眾公開發(fā)行不超過439456593股，占發(fā)行后總股本的比例不低于10%且不高于20%，本次發(fā)行，公司原股東不公開發(fā)售股份。
　　根據(jù)全球數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研機構(gòu)GlobalData發(fā)布的2019組件出貨排名，天合光能2019年光伏全球出貨量穩(wěn)居前三位，光伏龍頭企業(yè)地位不可撼動。
　　2020年1月22日，天合光能宣布最新研發(fā)的首片采用210mm硅片大尺寸組件正式下線。2月27日，天合光能舉行新品全球線上發(fā)布會，“210至尊系列超高功率組件”正式亮相，在全球肺炎疫情的影響下，天合至尊系列組件的“云發(fā)布”，無疑是為光伏行業(yè)2020年的發(fā)展打了下強心劑，也標志著光伏行業(yè)正式邁入5.0時代。

Last year, Trina achieved rapid growth in 2019, and this trend is expected to continue in 2020.In 2019, the company achieved revenue of 23.376 billion yuan and net profit of 702 million yuan, up 22.61% year on year. The performance growth was mainly due to the good performance of the company's module business and photovoltaic power plant EPC business in 2019, and the year-on-year increase in gross profit. The strength of the company's overseas power plant business and TRW's new business also enhanced the performance.

In addition, Trina Solar also holds several world records in terms of efficient technologies.The commercializable IBC solar cell with photoelectric conversion efficiency of 25.04% independently developed by Trina Solar is the first single crystalline silicon cell in China with an efficiency of more than 25% certified by the third party authority so far, and also the highest conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon cells prepared on a large area of 6-inch crystalline silicon substrate in the world. According to the prospectus, Trina Solar plans to raise 3 billion yuan for "Tianxing 250MWP photovoltaic power generation project in Yijun county, a leading base of photovoltaic power generation technology in Tongchuan" and "3GW annual production of high-efficiency single crystal cutting and half module project". Before the issue, the total share capital of Trina Solar was 1757826375 shares, and the proposed public offering of no more than 439456593 shares, accounting for no less than 10% and no more than 20% of the total share capital after the issue. In this issue, the original shareholders of the company will not publicly issue shares.

According to the 2019 module shipment ranking released by the GlobalData research agency GlobalData, Trina Solar ranked the top three in the global PV shipments in 2019, making it an unshakable PV leader.
