9月20日晚間，天合光能發(fā)布公告宣布，擬斥資30億元新建年產(chǎn)15GW高效組件項目，該項目由天合光能與常州高新區(qū)合作開發(fā)，雙方就該項目已簽訂投資合作協(xié)議。據(jù)了解，此次合作內(nèi)容主要為兩個項目：一為年產(chǎn)15GW高效組件項目，該項目擬在常州高新區(qū)建設(shè)，投資總額不超過30億元，預(yù)計在2020年-2023年內(nèi)建設(shè)完成；二為國家重點實驗室項目，主要為新增專利、海內(nèi)外高層次人才引進以及行業(yè)標準制定等方面展開合作。此次曝光的合作協(xié)議中特地提到：常州高新區(qū)將按照相關(guān)政策規(guī)定，針對本協(xié)議相關(guān)項目，為天合光能（含天合光能注冊在常州高新區(qū)的實施本協(xié)議中項目的所屬全資子公司）提供相關(guān)補貼政策扶持。而在該項目具體規(guī)劃上，天合光能則宣布將在原廠址內(nèi)全面更新產(chǎn)線、升級產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)，建設(shè)15GW大功率高效組件項目，并利用常州高新園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢獲得最大經(jīng)濟效益。
       同時，天合光能表示，此次新建項目有利于公司的核心科研能力，進一步拓展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域，同時還有利于加快推進公司產(chǎn)能的全面更新以及產(chǎn)品技術(shù)的升級，符合公司長遠的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和全體股東的利益。而針對于公司主要業(yè)務(wù)，天合光能在公告中表示，公司的主要業(yè)務(wù)不會因此次合作而對交易對方形成依賴，不會影響公司的業(yè)務(wù)獨立性。值得注意的是，這次30億元大功率高效組件項目是天合光能今年以來第四次擴產(chǎn)，截止目前為止，天合光能今年在高效組件方面的已經(jīng)擴產(chǎn)了25GW，電池片方面則擴產(chǎn)了10GW（主要為210mm大尺寸高效太陽能電池）。 
      光儲億家注意到，大尺寸高效率電池及組件在天合光能的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中處于戰(zhàn)略地位，此前在天合光能半年報中提到，公司預(yù)計將在2021年底電池總產(chǎn)能達到26GW左右規(guī)模，而其中210mm大尺寸高效電池產(chǎn)能占比達到70%，而在2020年下半年以后，建設(shè)的組件產(chǎn)能均為210組件產(chǎn)能。在今年8月份的半年度報告中指出，公司將進一步鞏固在大尺寸高效電池和組件領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)先地位，并在大規(guī)模組件先進產(chǎn)能基礎(chǔ)上建立“600W+光伏開放新生態(tài)聯(lián)盟”。而此次30億元高效組件項目，是天合光能在大尺寸高效電池和組件領(lǐng)域的進一步落實。

It is understood that the cooperation content is mainly composed of two projects: one is an annual output of 15GW efficient components project, which is planned to be built in Changzhou High-tech Zone with a total investment of no more than 3 billion yuan and is expected to be completed in 2020-2023; Second, it is a national key laboratory project, which mainly carries out cooperation in the aspects of new patents, introduction of high-level talents at home and abroad and establishment of industrial standards. The cooperation agreement specifically mentioned in the exposure: Changzhou High-tech Zone will, in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations, provide Trina Solar (including the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Trina Solar registered in Changzhou High-tech Zone to implement the project in this agreement) with relevant subsidies. As for the specific planning of the project, Trina Solar announced that it would fully update its production line, upgrade products and technologies in the original plant site, build a 15GW high-power and efficient module project, and take advantage of the industrial advantages of Changzhou Hi-Tech Park to obtain the maximum economic benefits.
