隆基股份（601012）8月2日下午公告，為保障光伏玻璃的穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)，公司全資子公司隆基樂葉光伏科技有限公司、浙江隆基樂葉光伏科技有限公司等12家子公司，與南玻A（000012）子公司吳江南玻、東莞南玻于7月31日在西安簽訂了關(guān)于光伏玻璃的采購協(xié)議。

       隆基股份表示，根據(jù)近期光伏玻璃均價測算，預(yù)估合同總金額約57億元，約占隆基股份2019年度經(jīng)審計營業(yè)成本的24%。同時，合同的簽訂符合公司未來生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營規(guī)劃，有利于保障公司光伏玻璃供應(yīng)，不會對公司業(yè)績造成直接影響。公司主要業(yè)務(wù)不會因合同的履行而對交易對方形成依賴，不影 響公司的業(yè)務(wù)獨立性。

        南玻Ａ(000012)公告則表示，公司子公司與隆基股份的子公司簽訂光伏玻璃銷售協(xié)議，預(yù)估合同總金額約65億元，年均銷售金額占公司2019年營收約12.41%。
