        據(jù)國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)消息,西安隆基氫能科技有限公司于3月31日注冊(cè)成功,這意味著隆基正式入局氫能。 值得注意的是,隆基這次拉上了知名百億私募朱雀基金,并且由隆基創(chuàng)始人李振國擔(dān)任新公司的董事長、總經(jīng)理。兩家巨頭合作,自然引發(fā)頗多聯(lián)想。其一:一個(gè)月前,隆基剛剛宣布擬入股森特股份(603098),強(qiáng)勢布局BIPV(光伏建筑一體化)領(lǐng)域,如今繼續(xù)進(jìn)軍氫能,不斷延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈背后有哪些考量? 其二:今年以來如長城汽車、中國石化、上海電氣、陽光能源等公司均發(fā)布相關(guān)消息,布局氫能。市場追捧之下,氫能的潛力幾何? 其三:氫能概念從2019年炒作至今,資本市場早已從關(guān)注概念到關(guān)注產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)。隆基布局氫能,到底有何優(yōu)勢?

       產(chǎn)業(yè)化布局“光伏制氫”,氫能板塊大漲4.5%. 光伏龍頭隆基股份正式殺入氫能領(lǐng)域。 工商信息顯示,3月31日,西安隆基氫能科技有限公司(以下簡稱隆基氫能)注冊(cè)成立,注冊(cè)資本3億元。隆基氫能股東為隆基股份全資子公司西安隆基綠能創(chuàng)投管理有限公司與上海朱雀嬴私募投資基金合伙企業(yè)(有限合伙)。隆基股份方面告訴粉巷財(cái)經(jīng)(ID:nbdfxcj),隆基早在2018年就開始關(guān)注和布局可再生能源電解制氫,近三年來,與國內(nèi)、海外知名科研機(jī)構(gòu)、權(quán)威專家進(jìn)行了深入的研發(fā)課題合作,在電解制氫裝備、光伏制氫等領(lǐng)域形成了技術(shù)積累,下一步將進(jìn)行氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)化布局。 事實(shí)上,今年3月16日,隆基股份戰(zhàn)略管理中心總經(jīng)理蔣東宇在北京召開的第六屆中國能源發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新論壇上,就表示過對(duì)氫能的看好:未來,氫能需求將十分可觀,綠氫將推動(dòng)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)快速增長。
     蔣東宇介紹,隨著光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,“光伏+”的多樣化應(yīng)用場景逐漸涌現(xiàn),并實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)多重效益。在眾多的“光伏+”模式中,“光伏+氫能”被普遍看好。以清潔的光伏電力和氫氣替代石油、天然氣能源,將顯著減少二氧化碳排放。 “到2050年,全球氫需求將達(dá)到6億噸/年~8億噸/年的規(guī)模,按照這一預(yù)期,未來30年,全球年均新增的制氫規(guī)模約為2500萬噸,將帶來新增光伏裝機(jī)年均900GW左右,從而形成萬億級(jí)的市場規(guī)模?!笔Y東宇稱。在隆基氫能注冊(cè)成立的前一天,隆基股份官方微信還發(fā)布了一篇題為《光伏+氫=綠氫,新能源跨界融合還能這么玩》的文章,文章提到: 當(dāng)光伏遇見氫能,一個(gè)全新的新能源應(yīng)用藍(lán)海出圈誕生。而“綠色氫氣”作為實(shí)現(xiàn)氣候目標(biāo)的新興領(lǐng)域,正成為行業(yè)焦點(diǎn)。
隆基入局氫能的消息發(fā)布在4月5日——清明節(jié)假期最后一天,4月6日本周首個(gè)交易日,氫能板塊大漲4.48%。厚普股份(300471)、富瑞特裝(300228)大漲20%,美錦能源(000723)、雪人股份(002639)、雄韜股份(002733)掀起一波漲停。

      延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,搶灘光伏細(xì)分領(lǐng)域. 3月30日,國新辦舉行的中國可再生能源發(fā)展有關(guān)情況發(fā)布會(huì)上,國家能源局表示,到“十四五”末,可再生能源將從原來能源電力消費(fèi)的增量補(bǔ)充,變?yōu)槟茉措娏οM(fèi)增量的主體。隨著近年光伏裝機(jī)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,僅2020年我國新增裝機(jī)規(guī)模48.2GW。 在“雙碳”目標(biāo)之下,光伏將進(jìn)入下一個(gè)快速發(fā)展階段。中國光伏行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)相關(guān)報(bào)告顯示,“十四五”國內(nèi)年均光伏新增裝機(jī)規(guī)模達(dá)70GW-90GW。
但光伏裝機(jī)量的不斷攀升,也帶來了另一個(gè)問題——電力消納,這也是目前光伏大規(guī)模發(fā)展的瓶頸之一。有新能源行業(yè)資深分析師表示,未來幾年,儲(chǔ)能能否在政策和市場的支持下實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模應(yīng)用,將成為突破電網(wǎng)消納瓶頸的關(guān)鍵途徑。 而光伏+氫正是解決光伏儲(chǔ)能問題的路徑之一。 隆基股份產(chǎn)業(yè)研究專業(yè)總監(jiān)白云飛表示,氫作為儲(chǔ)能介質(zhì)具有比鋰電池儲(chǔ)能更高的能量密度,非常適合作為幾天、幾周,甚至幾個(gè)月的長時(shí)間儲(chǔ)能手段,來解決光伏發(fā)電所遇到的日間不平衡,季度不平衡等問題,使光伏加儲(chǔ)能成為未來電力的終極解決方案。此外,白云飛稱,光伏制氫為光伏發(fā)電創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)新的應(yīng)用場景和廣闊的市場需求。目前全球氫氣需求量約6千萬噸/年,如果全部由光伏發(fā)電來生產(chǎn),需要超過1500GW的光伏。未來三十年氫的年均新增需求在2000噸以上,每年需要新增約900GW光伏裝機(jī)。 對(duì)于隆基來說,在上游硅材料價(jià)格和供應(yīng)起伏較大的情況下,利用自身成本和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,向下延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不失為一個(gè)搶占未來行業(yè)先機(jī)的決策。
     作為光伏行業(yè)龍頭,隆基在電池組件方面的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢明顯,且已經(jīng)形成規(guī)模效應(yīng),如果能將此優(yōu)勢繼續(xù)延伸,實(shí)現(xiàn)制氫成本的持續(xù)降低,其市場競爭力將會(huì)不斷增強(qiáng)。 隆基股份表示,據(jù)初步計(jì)算,在光照好的地方,光伏制氫的電力成本約1毛5分錢,大幅低于現(xiàn)在制氫的電力成本,光伏制氫的競爭力也將逐漸增強(qiáng),市場空間也將全面展現(xiàn)。 此前,隆基入股森特股份,布局BIPV業(yè)務(wù)也是在下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不斷延伸的表現(xiàn)。而一旦這兩項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)成熟,隆基股份或許將在一個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域占據(jù)優(yōu)勢。

政策力挺,多家公司宣布進(jìn)軍氫能領(lǐng)域, 日前召開的中央財(cái)經(jīng)委員會(huì)第九次會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào),我國力爭2030年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰,2060年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和。會(huì)議指出,要構(gòu)建清潔低碳安全高效的能源體系,控制化石能源總量,著力提高利用效能,實(shí)施可再生能源替代行動(dòng),深化電力體制改革,構(gòu)建以新能源為主體的新型電力系統(tǒng)。 而氫能,被譽(yù)為21世紀(jì)最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ那鍧嵞茉?,氫燃燒的產(chǎn)物是水,是世界上最干凈的能源,同時(shí),除核燃料外,氫的發(fā)熱值是所有化石燃料、化工燃料和生物燃料中最高的。 因此在“雙碳”目標(biāo)之下,氫能代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)化石能源被寄予厚望。
     在“十四五”規(guī)劃綱要中,氫能與儲(chǔ)能已被列為前瞻謀劃的六大未來產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,目前已有多個(gè)省市出臺(tái)氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)專項(xiàng)政策。
英國石油公司BP最新發(fā)布的《世界能源展望》中指出,到2050年,氫能占終端能源消費(fèi)總量比例或?qū)⒃鲩L16%,其中電解水制氫將成供氫主體,中國的電解水制氫率先采用可再生能源,據(jù)中國氫能聯(lián)盟發(fā)布的白皮書顯示,到2050年,我國可再生能源電解制氫將占?xì)錃夤?yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)的70%。 而且在應(yīng)用方面,目前交通領(lǐng)域已進(jìn)入推廣應(yīng)用階段。 平安證券研報(bào)顯示,我國燃料電池汽車已進(jìn)入商業(yè)化初期,截至2020年底,我國燃料電池企業(yè)保有量7352輛。預(yù)計(jì)2050年氫能在中國終端能源體系中占比至少達(dá)到10%,交通運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域用氫2458萬噸,約占該領(lǐng)域用能比例19%,燃料電池車產(chǎn)量達(dá)到520萬輛/年。
      值得注意的是,3月29日,長城汽車剛剛舉辦了一場氫能戰(zhàn)略發(fā)布會(huì),表示將采用光伏制氫,再投入30億元用于氫能領(lǐng)域研發(fā),以達(dá)到萬套產(chǎn)能規(guī)模,并于2025年劍指全球氫能市場占有率前三。 除此之外,陽光電源、寶豐能源、晶科科技等多家上市公司已經(jīng)進(jìn)入光伏制氫領(lǐng)域。 如陽光電源旗下新能源公司已經(jīng)與山西省榆社縣、屯留區(qū)簽署300MW光伏、50MW制氫以及500MW光伏制氫項(xiàng)目。
