最近光伏股跌得不是一般殘暴。光伏行業(yè)一向技術(shù)迭代快，每次技術(shù)迭代都會有一大批企業(yè)倒下。這次老大哥保利協(xié)鑫整出了顆粒硅，便宜又環(huán)保，直接把通威股份（西門子法）搞崩了，跌了整整20%。但萬萬沒想到出現(xiàn)連鎖反應(yīng)，整個光伏鏈都給整崩潰了，隆基股份暴跌9%，就連保利協(xié)鑫自己也暴跌11%。我查了一下，北上資金不但沒有賣隆基，還抄底2000多萬。

     網(wǎng)上傳言是國內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)在砍倉：今晚，隆基股份搞了個大新聞： 打算溢價三成、砸下16億，收購森特股份總股本的27.25%，拓展光伏產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用場景。森特股份屬于國內(nèi)金屬建筑圍護(hù)行業(yè)龍頭，看最近股價走勢，消息應(yīng)該已經(jīng)被提前泄漏。此前天風(fēng)證券就發(fā)布研報(bào)，表示看好森特股份到10元。理由有三：1)國內(nèi)金屬圍護(hù)行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)，高端金屬圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)一體化服務(wù)商；2)后疫情時代”國家基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)發(fā)力，金屬圍護(hù)市場前景廣闊；3)聲屏障行業(yè)細(xì)分領(lǐng)域方興未艾，土壤治理市場潛力大。這次收購公告是這樣說：本次收購有助于促進(jìn)雙方業(yè)務(wù)融合，充分發(fā)揮森特股份在建筑屋頂設(shè)計(jì)、維護(hù)上的優(yōu)勢，同時結(jié)合隆基股份在BIPV產(chǎn)品制造上的優(yōu)勢，雙方共同開拓大型公共建筑市場的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。就這樣，森特股份搖身一變，就成為BIPV（光伏建筑一體化）龍頭。科普一下，BIPV利用光伏建筑材料將建筑屋頂、墻面與光伏發(fā)電進(jìn)行集成，建筑物自身能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)太陽能發(fā)電并滿足本身消費(fèi)需要。根據(jù)中國光伏行業(yè)協(xié)會統(tǒng)計(jì)，目前的分布式光伏項(xiàng)目中，光伏+建筑項(xiàng)目占到了80%左右，總裝機(jī)超過13GW，中國光伏建筑一體化市場大有可為。值得注意，特斯拉也在做光伏屋頂發(fā)電。馬斯克讓特斯拉收購了它創(chuàng)辦的SolarCity——一家光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)，愿景是用屋頂?shù)墓夥l(fā)電，用家里和電車上的電池儲電。
