       氫能產業(yè)已成為我國能源戰(zhàn)略布局的重要組成。2019年，氫能被首次寫進《政府工作報告》。中國煤炭加工利用協(xié)會統(tǒng)計顯示，2020年，中國氫能產量和消費量均已突破2500萬噸，已成為世界第一大制氫大國。在“十四五”規(guī)劃綱要中，氫能與儲能被列為前瞻謀劃的六大未來產業(yè)之一。據(jù)《證券日報》記者不完全統(tǒng)計，目前已有包括河北省、成都市、廣州市、上海市、六安市、青島市等多地出臺氫能相關政策或規(guī)劃。
      “從某種意義上說，氫能利用才是人類可再生能源的良性循環(huán)。”北京特億陽光新能源科技有限公司總裁祁海珅在接受《證券日報》記者采訪時表示，氫能作為二次能源利用和開發(fā)，其技術瓶頸不存在什么障礙，能量轉換效率基本上在80%以上，目前主要考慮的是如何產業(yè)化、如何降低生產成本的問題。“近年來氫能的發(fā)展給能源產業(yè)帶來了巨大的想象空間，也攪動著整個傳統(tǒng)能源行業(yè)?！睆埵嗽硎荆瑲淠茉?019年成為能源行業(yè)的新寵后，當下的氫能源行業(yè)可以說“是最好的時代，也是最壞的時代”。 在張仕元看來，“好”是說在當下國內能源結構轉型的大背景下，政策、資本、人才等資源開始向氫能行業(yè)集聚，“有了上述資源的支持，行業(yè)內的優(yōu)秀公司可以實現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展，同時給投資人帶來豐厚的回報?！?/span>“‘壞’是我國早在2010年就已經有氫能示范用車服務于世博會，但之后卻長時間默默無聞。目前對氫能到底有多少是‘真愛’，又有多少是‘投機’呢？行業(yè)的從業(yè)者和蜂擁而來的資本是否能有足夠的定力，一直堅持到‘氫能時代’的普及？”張仕元稱。
      在張仕元看來，氫能時代終將到來，一方面是“氫”作為能源比化石能源所具有的諸多優(yōu)勢，另一方面也在于“氫”可以與可再生能源系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)更好的融合。在可再生能源為主的未來，“氫”既可以直接消費，也可以長時間儲存，且相比電化學儲能，在儲存過程中帶來的污染更少。多家企業(yè)布局氫能.氫能源按生產來源劃分，可以分為“灰氫”“藍氫”和“綠氫”三類。目前，我國氫氣主要來自灰氫。在業(yè)內人士看來，未來與大規(guī)模光伏發(fā)電或風力發(fā)電配套的電解水制綠氫將成為發(fā)展趨勢。 “我國可再生能源資源分布廣，光伏發(fā)電和風電又存在一定的間歇性、電網(wǎng)不友好性特征，造成棄風、棄光現(xiàn)象嚴重?！逼詈＋|告訴《證券日報》記者，分布式制氫的投資建設和分布式光伏發(fā)電站的有機互補結合，即可以消化棄光的電量，又大大降低了制氫產業(yè)的成本，再結合智能互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)技術，可實現(xiàn)光伏制氫的高效利用并優(yōu)化電力結構調配，“希望隆基股份入局氫能，結合光伏發(fā)電產業(yè)優(yōu)勢，創(chuàng)新技術提高制氫能量效率、規(guī)?；瘍?yōu)勢降低制氫成本，進而促進氫能利用的產業(yè)化發(fā)展”。
     “在‘碳達峰碳中和’的國家大戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃下，氫能未來需求可觀。對于隆基股份而言，對于氫能其實早就調研多年，最有可能的是將綠氫和光伏產業(yè)結合發(fā)展?！北本┲R產權局專家?guī)鞂＜叶氯镌诮邮堋蹲C券日報》記者采訪時表示。天眼查顯示，隆基氫能注冊于2021年3月31日，注冊資本3億元。股東為西安隆基綠能創(chuàng)投管理有限公司和上海朱雀嬴私募投資基金合伙企業(yè)（有限合伙），隆基股份創(chuàng)始人李振國擔任董事長、總經理。公司經營范圍包括氣體、液體分離及純凈設備制造；新興能源技術研發(fā)；節(jié)能管理服務；技術服務、技術開發(fā)、技術咨詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣。 其中西安隆基綠能創(chuàng)投管理有限公司是隆基股份100%控股的子公司。針對設立隆基氫能一事，隆基股份總裁李振國稱，氫能是一種清潔、高效的二次能源，在碳中和及風光平價的趨勢下，可再生能源電解制氫有望成為最主要的制氫方式，市場前景廣闊。李振國表示，隆基早在2018年就開始關注和布局可再生能源電解制氫，近三年來，與國內、海外知名科研機構、權威專家進行了深入的研發(fā)課題合作，在電解制氫裝備、光伏制氫等領域形成了技術積累，下一步將進行氫能產業(yè)化布局。
    “對氫能行業(yè)而言，光伏巨頭的進入補上了此前國內沒有大體量‘綠氫’提供者的短板?！睆埵嗽獙Α蹲C券日報》記者表示，氫能行業(yè)有更多的龍頭公司作為參與者，有望形成“眾人拾柴火焰高”局面，對行業(yè)的加速發(fā)展是十分有利的。
據(jù)《證券日報》記者梳理，除了隆基股份之外，中國石化、長城汽車、寶豐能源、陽光電源等多家企業(yè)也已經開始布局氫能。
