在上游硅料和硅片降價后，組件環(huán)節(jié)價格回落至單瓦2元以下。多方行情顯示，目前組件單瓦價格在1.9元左右，而在12月8日國開新能源2021年集中采購光伏組件 采購項目中標(biāo)候選人公示中，報價候選中已出現(xiàn)1.84元/W 的價格。

12月1日，在由光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)網(wǎng)主辦的2021第六屆光伏創(chuàng)新大會上，山東省太陽能行業(yè)協(xié)會常務(wù)副會長張曉斌表示，隨著硅料產(chǎn)能釋放，組件價格會逐步回調(diào)，逆變器缺貨也會得到緩解，他預(yù)測 2022年總裝機容量將會大幅度提升 ！隨著電改的施行，工商業(yè)項目已成為熱點。

10月11日，國家發(fā)改委發(fā)布《關(guān)于進一步深化燃煤發(fā)電上網(wǎng)電價市場化改革的通知》，取消工商業(yè)目錄銷售電價，電價將會隨著煤電上網(wǎng)價格上下浮動。工商業(yè)用戶可以選擇進入電力市場，直接向發(fā)電企業(yè)或售電公司購電。近日，國家電網(wǎng)以及南方電網(wǎng)旗下20余個省（區(qū)、市）公司公布了2021年12月代理購電工商業(yè)用戶電價表，尖峰、高峰時段的用電價格浮動空間 幾乎全部上調(diào)。

隨著工商業(yè)用電價格的上漲，分布式光伏項目的收益率開始愈發(fā)高漲，可以預(yù)見的是“十四五”期間，在整縣推進與電價改革的加持下，屬于分布式光伏的黃金時代已經(jīng)到來！

對于高能耗行業(yè)的企業(yè)而言，按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)定，由電網(wǎng)企業(yè)代理購電的電價水平要按其他用戶購電價格的1.5倍執(zhí)行。目前，我國嚴(yán)控高能耗企業(yè)盲目擴張 ，高耗能企業(yè)的用電成本走高，選擇投資安裝分布式光伏自發(fā)自用則具有一定的經(jīng)濟性。
