As an electronic product, photovoltaic inverter is composed of multiple devices. Inverter, also known as power regulator, can be divided into independent
power supply and grid connection according to the use of inverter in photovoltaic power generation system. According to the waveform modulation mode, it can be divided into square wave inverter, step wave inverter, sine wave inverter and combined three-phase
inverter.
The inverter used in grid connected system can be divided into transformer type inverter and non transformer type inverter according to whether there is transformer or not. When the grid connected power generation is to
be connected to the power grid, we should pay attention to it. Because of its particularity, we must not be careless in installation and maintenance, otherwise there may be hidden dangers. So how do we pay attention? Here we will start from the aspect
of maintenance.
After the photovoltaic power generation system is installed and connected to the grid, it is inevitable that there will be no problems. After problems occur, it is necessary to carry out inspection and maintenance.
The precautions for photovoltaic inverter maintenance are as follows:
1. Before any maintenance work, the electrical connection between the inverter and the power grid shall be disconnected first, and then the DC side electrical
connection shall be disconnected.
2. Wait for at least 5 minutes until the internal components are discharged.
3. Any fault affecting the safety performance of the inverter must be eliminated immediately before
starting the inverter again.
4. Avoid unnecessary board contact
5. Observe the static electricity protection specifications and wear anti-static bracelets.
6. Pay attention to and observe
the warning signs on the product.
7. Conduct preliminary visual inspection for damage or other dangerous conditions before operation.
8. Pay attention to the inverter hot surface. For example, the heat sink
of the power semiconductor still maintains a high temperature for a period of time after the inverter is powered off.
Finally, after the machine is repaired, ensure that any fault affecting the safety performance of the inverter
has been solved, and then start the inverter again. Understand the maintenance specifications of photovoltaic grid connected inverter and pay attention to them in the process of daily maintenance, so as to avoid hidden dangers.
