《關(guān)于戶用光伏發(fā)電項目補助有關(guān)事項的通知》政策解讀
一、背景
為貫徹落實黨中央、國務(wù)院推進碳達峰碳中和重大戰(zhàn)略決策部署和習近平總書記關(guān)于“四個革命、一個合作”能源安全新戰(zhàn)略，加快推進浙西南革命老區(qū)和山區(qū)縣高質(zhì)量綠色發(fā)展。根據(jù)國家和浙江省關(guān)于加快光伏應用發(fā)展有關(guān)要求和整縣（市、區(qū)）推進分布式光伏規(guī)?；_發(fā)試點工作部署，云和縣出臺了《云和縣光伏規(guī)?；_發(fā)工作實施方案》，明確了工作目標。為推進戶用光伏發(fā)電項目，結(jié)合我縣實際，制定《關(guān)于戶用光伏發(fā)電項目補助有關(guān)事項的通知》（以下簡稱《通知》）。
二、必要性
一是貫徹落實國家、省、市關(guān)于推進整縣分布式光伏發(fā)電項目的具體要求。麗水市里對戶用光伏項目出臺了相關(guān)扶持政策，2022 年、2023 年、2024 年并網(wǎng)的家庭戶用分布式光伏項目給予一次性建設(shè)補貼，補貼標準分別為 0.60 元/瓦、0.50 元/瓦、0.40元/瓦。云和也根據(jù)實際情況，也出臺了扶持政策。
二是縮短了居民投資家庭光伏發(fā)電項目的投資回收期，有利于提高居民建設(shè)光伏發(fā)電項目的積極性，有助于云和縣光伏試點縣建設(shè)。
三、主要內(nèi)容
