新的《安全生產(chǎn)法》在2021年9月1日起實(shí)施，在企業(yè)應(yīng)急預(yù)案編制、應(yīng)急演練和應(yīng)急救援等方面提出的新的要求，依據(jù)《生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急條例》（國務(wù)院【2019】第708號(hào)）、《生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案管理辦法》(應(yīng)急管理部【2019】第2號(hào))、《電力企業(yè)應(yīng)急預(yù)案管理辦法》(國能安全【2014】第508號(hào)) 、《電力企業(yè)應(yīng)急預(yù)案評(píng)審和備案細(xì)則》（國能 綜安全953號(hào)）等法規(guī)要求，光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)如何識(shí)別突發(fā)事件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、建立并實(shí)施應(yīng)急救援，并通過專家評(píng)審和備案，最大限度地減少突發(fā)事件造成的損失，避免企業(yè)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，是光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)每一位責(zé)任人的現(xiàn)階段關(guān)注的要點(diǎn)和核心?，F(xiàn)廣東省太陽能協(xié)會(huì)將開展關(guān)于光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)應(yīng)急管理的培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)事項(xiàng)如下：
