11月19日，天合光能發(fā)布關(guān)于自愿披露簽訂采購框架合同的公告. 根據(jù)公告，天合光能擬于2021年1月至2021年12月期間向天津中環(huán)半導(dǎo)體股份有限公司下屬公司天津環(huán)歐國際硅材料有限公司采購210尺寸單晶硅片，合計數(shù)量不少于12億片，預(yù)估合同總金額約65.52億元（含稅，根據(jù)當(dāng)前市場價格測算，實際合同交易總額以最終成交金額為準(zhǔn)）。合同經(jīng)需經(jīng)雙方蓋章后生效，有效期自2021年1月1日起至2021年12月31日止。此外，雙方需在2020年12月31日前確認(rèn)2021年的月度交貨計劃。公告表示，本次采購合作框架協(xié)議的簽訂是基于雙方長久以來的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系，將有助于公司及時有效應(yīng)對市場環(huán)境變化，確保公司供應(yīng)鏈的長期穩(wěn)定，為公司 210 尺寸光伏電池和組件的產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃落地和市場拓展提供有力保障，符合公司未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。

       自11月起，天合光能和業(yè)內(nèi)各環(huán)節(jié)企業(yè)達成多個訂單與合作。11月2日，天合光能發(fā)布公告，表示根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略及經(jīng)營發(fā)展需要，公司與無錫上機數(shù)控股份有限公司及其全資子公司弘元新材料（包頭）有限公司簽訂單晶硅片長單采購合同。該合同的標(biāo)的為單晶硅片，預(yù)計公司2021-2025年每年向合同對方采購不少于4GW單晶硅片，對應(yīng)210尺寸的單晶硅片4億片；5年總計20GW，對應(yīng)210尺寸的單晶硅片20億片（硅片尺寸可以根據(jù)需求進行調(diào)整，但總體采購量不變）。 11月16日，亞瑪頓發(fā)布關(guān)于簽訂日常經(jīng)營重大銷售合同的公告。11月15日，公司與天合光能股份有限公司及有關(guān)企業(yè)簽署了關(guān)于光伏鍍膜玻璃的銷售合同。合同銷售量合計8,500萬平米，雙方按月議價，公司按照2020年1-11月份各規(guī)格玻璃市場均價進行預(yù)估測算，預(yù)估本次合同總金額約21億元（含稅）。11月17日，天合光能發(fā)布公告，宣布和通威簽訂長單采購合作框架協(xié)議《硅料戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議》，公司擬于2021年1月至2023年12月期間向通威股份有限公司下屬公司采購多晶硅產(chǎn)品合計約72,000噸，產(chǎn)品價格隨行就市，合同交易總額以最終成交金額為準(zhǔn)。 同日，天合光能宣布與通威股份有限公司下屬四川永祥股份有限公司、通威太陽能有限公司分別簽署《合資協(xié)議》，就合作成立項目公司并共同投資年產(chǎn)4萬噸高純晶硅項目、年產(chǎn)15GW拉棒項目、年產(chǎn)15GW切片項目、年產(chǎn)15GW高效晶硅電池項目，以及公司每年向合作項目公司采購高效晶硅電池等相關(guān)事項達成合作協(xié)議。

     今年以來，光伏硅料和玻璃輪番漲價，處于行業(yè)下游的組件企業(yè)承受巨大壓力，紛紛朝垂直一體化發(fā)展。天合光能近期動作連連，在各個環(huán)節(jié)都有所布局，想來也是為了后續(xù)能更好地應(yīng)對市場變化，確保公司供應(yīng)鏈的長期穩(wěn)定。
