暴雨天氣,光伏電站防護(hù)和人身安全怎么做?

夏天暴雨頻繁,對光伏電站的影響主要是大量雨水對線纜和組件的浸泡,絕緣性能下降甚至破損導(dǎo)致逆變器檢測出故障不能發(fā)電。

斜屋頂本身排水能力強(qiáng),一般不會出現(xiàn)積水過多的情況;平屋頂如果組件的下沿較低,有可能被雨水浸泡;對于安裝在地面上的光伏電站,雨水沖刷地面可能導(dǎo)致組件失衡。


被雨淹的光伏電站

面對不可避免的自然災(zāi)害,光伏電站應(yīng)該怎么做?

謹(jǐn)慎選址

綜合考慮 光伏發(fā)電選址要求,在水文條件方面要多方考慮短時最大降水雨量、積水深度、洪水水位、排水條件等,上述因素將直接影響光伏系統(tǒng)的支架系統(tǒng)、支架基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計以及電氣設(shè)備的安裝高度。積水深度高,則組件以及其他電氣設(shè)備的安裝高度就要高,洪水水位影響支架基礎(chǔ)及電氣的安全。排水條件差,則導(dǎo)致基礎(chǔ)及金屬支架長期浸水而危及電站安全。

設(shè)計充分

在方案設(shè)計階段,除了控制造價成本考慮,根據(jù)水文資料,對于地面電站和漁光互補(bǔ)電站,設(shè)計的支架高度應(yīng)有相對余量。針對湖面光伏電站,建議采用漂浮式設(shè)計方案。根據(jù)地形設(shè)計排水系統(tǒng),地面電站、漁光互補(bǔ)電站及水面電站都應(yīng)根據(jù)所在地的氣象和水文條件設(shè)計設(shè)置相應(yīng)的排水設(shè)施。

洪澇應(yīng)對

預(yù)防為主,及時關(guān)注天氣情況,在強(qiáng)降水來臨前增設(shè)臨時排水設(shè)施。管理巡視,對于強(qiáng)降雨過程中,特殊地形區(qū)域采取防洪堤壩特殊手段。光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)被水淹沒時,靠近或接觸 光伏逆變器太陽能電池板與供電線纜的連接部時有可能會觸電,遭遇水災(zāi)受損的太陽能電池板可能會出現(xiàn)絕緣不良等故障,接觸的話有觸電危險。在恢復(fù)作業(yè)過程中,避免徒手操作,采取防觸電措施(使用橡膠手套和橡膠長靴等)以降低觸電風(fēng)險。

設(shè)備選型

優(yōu)先選擇防護(hù)等級高的設(shè)備,例如:防水性能優(yōu)越,防護(hù)等級為IP67的微型逆變器;能夠長時間浸泡在水中,能做到十幾年甚至幾十年不銹蝕,鋼性不降低,且保持結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的支架。設(shè)備廠家及技術(shù)團(tuán)隊做到設(shè)備與技術(shù)升級,避免或減少光伏電站水災(zāi)后的損失。

選擇合適的光伏保險

承保自然災(zāi)害、意外事故等導(dǎo)致的光伏電站的直接財產(chǎn)損失。其主要保護(hù)的是:光伏發(fā)電設(shè)備、輸變電系統(tǒng)以及建筑物等附屬設(shè)施;保險責(zé)任主要包括自然災(zāi)害、非機(jī)械或電氣意外事故以及機(jī)械或電氣意外事故。

光伏電站防暴雨具體措施


1、對已安裝完成的光伏組件及在建項目進(jìn)行全面檢查,其中包括螺絲的緊固件、扣件的調(diào)整,對有損壞的扣件立即予以更換。用雙股2平方毫米的鐵絲將處于迎風(fēng)面的串列組件進(jìn)行捆綁固定。

4、若彩鋼瓦屋頂?shù)妮d荷不滿足承重要求,一定要按照正確的方案給予加固處理。

注意:雨天巡檢運(yùn)維時,要避免徒手電氣操作,不要用手直接觸碰逆變器、組件、電纜和端子等,需要帶上橡膠手套,穿上橡膠長靴,以降低觸電風(fēng)險。

避雨兩不要

不要在變壓器或架空線下避雨

雷雨容易引起裸線或變壓器短路、放電,大風(fēng)可能刮斷電線,導(dǎo)致觸電。

不要在樹木或廣告牌下避雨

不要在緊靠供電線路的高大樹木或大型廣告牌下停留或避雨。

出行兩遠(yuǎn)離

遠(yuǎn)離積水

雷雨天出行應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離積水的路段,如必須蹚水一定要觀察附近有沒有用電設(shè)備,確保安全,避免觸電。

遠(yuǎn)離電線桿、路燈桿和斜拉鐵線

斜拉鐵線離電線近,在惡劣天氣中可能出現(xiàn)意外帶電,路燈桿經(jīng)水漫過容易漏電,遠(yuǎn)離電線桿、路燈桿和斜拉鐵線,防止觸電事故發(fā)生。

意外莫慌張

電線斷落在附近時請勿慌張

如果電線恰巧斷落在附近,不要驚慌,單腿跳躍或雙腿并攏跳躍,離開現(xiàn)場8~10米以外,否則可能會在跨步電壓的作用下觸電。

發(fā)現(xiàn)電線斷落請撥打95598

發(fā)現(xiàn)電線斷落在積水中,千萬不要自行處理,應(yīng)立即在周圍做好標(biāo)記,提醒其他行人不要靠近,并及時撥打95598通知供電公司緊急處理。

有人觸電倒地時不能急于攙扶

發(fā)現(xiàn)有人觸電倒地,千萬不要赤手救人,必須先切斷電源,用干燥的絕緣器具挑開電線,才能對觸電者進(jìn)行搶救或撥打120進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場救援。

What should photovoltaic power plants do in the face of inevitable natural disasters?



Careful site selection



In comprehensive consideration of the site selection requirements for photovoltaic power generation, the short-term maximum precipitation, ponding depth, flood water level, drainage conditions, etc. should be considered in many ways in terms of hydrological conditions. The above factors will directly affect the design of photovoltaic system support system, support foundation and installation height of electrical equipment. If the ponding depth is high, the installation height of components and other electrical equipment will be high, and the flood level will affect the safety of support foundation and electrical. Poor drainage conditions will lead to long-term flooding of the foundation and metal support and endanger the safety of the power station.



Adequate design



In the scheme design stage, in addition to the consideration of cost control, according to the hydrological data, for the ground power station and the fish light complementary power station, the designed support height should have relative allowance. For the lake photovoltaic power station, it is recommended to adopt the floating design scheme. The drainage system shall be designed according to the terrain. The surface power station, the fishery light complementary power station and the surface power station shall be designed and equipped with corresponding drainage facilities according to the local meteorological and hydrological conditions.



Flood and waterlogging response



Put prevention first, pay attention to the weather conditions in time, and add temporary drainage facilities before heavy precipitation. Management and patrol inspection: during the process of heavy rainfall, special means of flood control dams shall be taken for special terrain areas. When the photovoltaic power generation system is flooded, there may be electric shock when it is close to or in contact with the photovoltaic inverter (PCS) and the connection between the solar panel and the power supply cable. The solar panel damaged by flood may have poor insulation and other faults, and there is a danger of electric shock when it is in contact. In the process of resuming operation, avoid manual operation and take anti electric shock measures (use rubber gloves and rubber boots, etc.) to reduce the risk of electric shock.



Equipment Selection



Priority shall be given to equipment with high protection level, such as micro inverter with excellent waterproof performance and protection level of IP67; It is a support that can be immersed in water for a long time, can not rust for more than ten years or even decades, does not reduce its rigidity, and maintains structural stability. The equipment manufacturer and technical team shall upgrade the equipment and technology to avoid or reduce the loss of PV power station after flood.



Select appropriate PV insurance



Cover the direct property loss of photovoltaic power station caused by natural disasters, accidents, etc. It mainly protects: photovoltaic power generation equipment, power transmission and transformation system, buildings and other ancillary facilities; Insurance liabilities mainly include natural disasters, non mechanical or electrical accidents and mechanical or electrical accidents.



Specific measures for preventing rainstorm of photovoltaic power station



1. Comprehensively inspect the installed PV modules and projects under construction, including the adjustment of screw fasteners and fasteners, and replace the damaged fasteners immediately. Bind and fix the tandem components on the windward side with double strands of 2 mm2 iron wire.



2. Install a fastening wind proof pull rod on the PV support to prevent the support from twisting with the wind; Tamp the ground anchors drilled through the rock on both sides of the string; Fasten all bolts in the field;



3. Strengthen the patrol inspection of components and supports. Once any loose components and supports are found, they shall be fixed in time.



4. If the load of the color steel tile roof does not meet the load-bearing requirements, it must be reinforced according to the correct scheme.



Note: during patrol inspection and operation and maintenance in rainy days, it is necessary to avoid electrical operation with bare hands. Do not directly touch the inverter, components, cables and terminals with your hands. It is necessary to wear rubber gloves and rubber boots to reduce the risk of electric shock.



What should we do for our own safety?



Take shelter from the rain



Do not shelter from the rain under the transformer or overhead line



Thunderstorms are easy to cause short circuit and discharge of bare wires or transformers, and strong winds may break wires, resulting in electric shock.



Do not take shelter from rain under trees or billboards



Do not stay under tall trees or large billboards close to power supply lines or take shelter from rain.



Travel two away



Keep away from ponding



When traveling in thunderstorm days, you should stay away from the sections with accumulated water. If you have to wade, you must observe whether there are electric equipment nearby to ensure safety and avoid electric shock.



Keep away from electric poles, street lamp poles and cable-stayed iron wires



The cable-stayed iron wire is close to the electric wire, which may cause accidental electrification in bad weather. The street lamp pole is prone to leakage through water. It is far away from the electric pole, street lamp pole and cable-stayed iron wire to prevent electric shock accidents.



Don't panic in case of accident



Please don't panic when the wire breaks and falls nearby



If the wire happens to fall nearby, don't panic. Jump with one leg or two legs together and leave the site 8~10 meters away, otherwise you may get an electric shock under the action of step voltage.



If you find the wire is broken, please dial 95598



If any wire is found to be broken in the water, do not handle it by yourself. Immediately mark the surrounding area to remind other pedestrians not to approach, and timely call 95598 to notify the power supply company for emergency treatment.



Don't rush to help someone when they are electrocuted and fall to the ground



If someone is found to have been electrocuted to the ground, do not save the person with bare hands. You must first cut off the power supply and use a dry insulating appliance to remove the wire before rescuing the person who has been electrocuted or dial 120 for on-site rescue.
