在征求意見(jiàn)稿中表示2020年底前已核準(zhǔn)且在核準(zhǔn)有效期內(nèi)的風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目、2019 年和2020年平價(jià)風(fēng)電光伏項(xiàng)目，以及競(jìng)價(jià)光伏項(xiàng)目等存量項(xiàng)目， 直接納入保障性并網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目范圍。
光伏項(xiàng)目：2021 年用于進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性配置的規(guī)模為 400 萬(wàn)千瓦，第一次競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性配置 150 萬(wàn)千瓦，第二次競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性配置 250 萬(wàn)千瓦。
風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目：2021 年用于進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性配置的并網(wǎng)規(guī)模 100 萬(wàn)千瓦，全部 用于第二次競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性配置。
光伏項(xiàng)目：?jiǎn)蝹€(gè)申報(bào)項(xiàng)目規(guī)模原則上不超過(guò) 20 萬(wàn)千瓦。單個(gè)一級(jí)集團(tuán)公司第一次獲得的并網(wǎng)規(guī)模不超過(guò)該次競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性配置規(guī)模的 20%，兩次累加獲得的并網(wǎng)規(guī)模不超過(guò)總規(guī)模的20%。

In the draft, wind power projects approved by the end of 2020 and within the validity period of the approval, affordable wind photovoltaic projects in 2019 and 2020, and competitive photovoltaic projects will be directly included in the scope of guaranteed grid-connected projects.

Pv project: 4 million kW for competitive configuration in 2021, 1.5 million KW for the first competitive configuration and 2.5 million KW for the second competitive configuration.

Wind power project: the grid-connected scale of 1 million kW for competitive configuration in 2021 will be used for the second competitive configuration.

Photovoltaic project: the scale of a single application project should not exceed 200,000 kW in principle.The scale of grid connection obtained by a single Tier 1 group company for the first time shall not exceed 20% of the scale of the competitive allocation, and the scale of grid connection obtained by two accumulative times shall not exceed 20% of the total scale.
