9月17日，國家能源局公布2021年8月戶用光伏項(xiàng)目信息。截至2021年8月底，全國累計(jì)納入2021年國家財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼規(guī)模戶用光伏項(xiàng)目裝機(jī)容量為952.35萬千瓦。2021年8月新納入國家財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼規(guī)模戶用光伏項(xiàng)目總裝機(jī)容量為184.59萬千瓦，同比增長81.68%，環(huán)比增長4.92%。

按照《國家能源局關(guān)于2021年風(fēng)電、光伏發(fā)電開發(fā)建設(shè)有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的通知》（國能發(fā)新能〔2021〕25號）和《國家能源局綜合司關(guān)于2019年戶用光伏項(xiàng)目信息公布和報送有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的通知》（國能綜通新能〔2019〕45號）關(guān)于戶用光伏項(xiàng)目管理有關(guān)要求，全國共有30個省份報送了戶用光伏項(xiàng)目信息（西藏?zé)o納入2021年財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼規(guī)模戶用光伏項(xiàng)目，未報送）。
　　根據(jù)各省級能源主管部門、電網(wǎng)企業(yè)報送信息，經(jīng)國家可再生能源信息管理中心梳理統(tǒng)計(jì)，2021年8月新納入國家財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼規(guī)模戶用光伏項(xiàng)目總裝機(jī)容量為184.59萬千瓦。截至2021年8月底，全國累計(jì)納入2021年國家財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼規(guī)模戶用光伏項(xiàng)目裝機(jī)容量為952.35萬千瓦。詳細(xì)情況見附表。

On September 17, the National Energy Administration released information on household photovoltaic projects in August 2021.By the end of August 2021, the installed capacity of household PHOTOVOLTAIC projects subsidized by the state in 2021 had reached 9,523,500 kw.In August 2021, the total installed capacity of newly subsidized household PHOTOVOLTAIC projects was 1,845,900 kW, up 81.68% year-on-year and 4.92% year-on-year.

According to the National Energy Administration on wind power, photovoltaic power generation in 2021 development and construction of relevant matters notice (it can send the new [2021] no. 25) and the National Energy Administration of about 2019 households with photovoltaic project information release and submit the relevant matters notice (it can all through the new [2019] no. 45) about household photovoltaic project management related requirements, A total of 30 provinces in China submitted information on household PHOTOVOLTAIC projects (Xizang is not included in the scale of household photovoltaic projects subsidized by fiscal in 2021 and did not submit information).

According to the information submitted by provincial energy authorities and power grid enterprises, according to the statistics sorted out by the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center, the total installed capacity of newly included household photovoltaic projects subsidized by national finance in August 2021 was 1,845,900 kW. By the end of August 2021, the installed capacity of household PHOTOVOLTAIC projects subsidized by the state in 2021 had reached 9,523,500 kw.See attached table for details.
